Job summary

Solicitors Regulation Authority is seeking a CloudOps Collaboration Engineer to manage and develop our Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Teams environments. You will act as SME for these services, ensuring secure, governed collaboration across the organisation.

In this senior role, you’ll partner with IT Operations, IT Security and Governance teams, driving improvements, updating documentation and supporting a blend of office-based and home working. Birmingham-based with hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment.
• Robust understanding of SharePoint site architecture, permissions, inheritance and information structures.
• Experience implementing governance for collaboration platforms, including sharing, access and lifecycle controls.
• Microsoft certifications MS-102 MS-700 or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern SharePoint Online and Teams platforms, ensuring health and alignment with policies.
• Implement changes, develop guidance and documentation for users and admins.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Governance and Digital Workplace teams to enhance support and user experience.
• Drive platform improvements and introduce new features in a controlled manner.
