Consult is seeking a Senior Business Consultant for a UK/EU remote engagement to drive ServiceNow ITSM/SPM implementations, with a focus on custom apps, portals and catalog development.

You will guide stakeholders, advise Product Owners on stories and roadmaps, and collaborate with offshore development partners to ensure alignment with best practices and desired outcomes. Certifications and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on ITSM and SPM experience with custom apps and portal development.
• Leads ServiceNow process implementation and improvement engagements with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to create custom reports and identify risks in configuration.

Senior Business Consultant

Location: UK/EU, Remote

Rate: GBP 300 (Inside IR35)

Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS: ITSM, SPM

Need min of 6-8 years of hands-on experience with ITSM & SPM functionalities along with custom apps, portal & catalog development.

Facilitate the definition and alignment of current processes toward improvement and recommended ServiceNow best practices together with Customer process owners, key Customer sponsors and stakeholders. Advise the Product Owner(s) throughout the Engagement in story creation and refinement, ranking, adherence to the desired

process outcomes, and future roadmap plans.

• 5+ years of Business Process and Consulting experience, Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow process implementation and improvement engagements. Proven experience analyzing and recommending strategies based on desired business outcomes and priorities, and associated industry experience
• Demonstrated experience with Agile Methodology
• ITIL Foundation Certification, ServiceNow System Admin, NowCreate Certified, ServiceNow Product Implementation Certified
• Working on a customised instance of SPM, providing technical guidance to Customer and their chosen Dev Partner (offshore) on how to achieve business outcomes and highlighting where the requirements deviate from the OOTB configuration and best practices and flagging any associated risks and issues.
• Reporting requirements - able to build customised reports , again calling out any associated risks with the requirements and configuration.
