Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ServiceNow advisory consultant in the United Kingdom to lead IRM-enabled transformations across risk, compliance, and operational resilience. You will design and deliver ServiceNow solutions, drive end-to-end implementations, and tailor industry-specific approaches for Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, and Energy & Utilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and advisory roles.
• Expertise in the ServiceNow IRM suite including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, TPRM and Operational Resilience.
• Strong consulting background with client-facing advisory experience in Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, or Energy & Utilities.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS certifications highly preferred.
• Experience in project management, agile delivery, business analysis, solution architecture, and scope definition.
• Proven ability in business development, bid response, and communicating value to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory across Enterprise Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Operational Resilience, TPRM, and Governance operating models enabled by ServiceNow IRM.
• Lead design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions supporting risk management and continuity frameworks.
• Deliver end-to-end transformation projects from strategic value assessments through complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Apply industry expertise to tailor solutions for Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, and Energy & Utilities.
• Cultivate and expand trusted advisor relationships with clients and contribute to global consulting capability.
