Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer delivering complex implementations.
- Strong JavaScript development across server-side and client scripts.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
- Experience with Update Sets, Source Control, and ATF.
- Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Familiarity with UK public-sector security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across applications, workflows and Script Includes.
- Develop server-side and client-side JavaScript to meet complex requirements.
- Implement integrations using REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub.
- Maintain custom applications, data models and APIs.
- Ensure solutions are upgrade-safe and comply with security standards.
- Provide mentoring and technical leadership to junior developers.
