Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client's team, a leading ServiceNow partner. The role involves designing and implementing high-quality ServiceNow solutions across various projects and clients.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office two days a week (Tuesday & Thursday).

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing on the ServiceNow platform to meet business and client requirements.
2. Engaging with the Operate team and other GIS teams to analyze, document, and report on work completed, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
3. Implementing new functionalities for customers following ServiceNow best practices.
4. Assisting in troubleshooting ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management.
5. Providing analysis of problems and proposing solutions.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with web and platform technologies such as XML.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator accreditation is required. Certifications like CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, and ITIL v4 Foundation are advantageous.
