Senior ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative ServiceNow solutions
• Accurately predict the time required to complete development tasks; adhere closely to development plans; anticipate changes during the development cycle
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of projects, including operational activities
• Identify and document business challenges and opportunities, suggesting solutions accordingly
• Work in a client-facing environment, conveying complex technical concepts in business terms
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve issues related to ITSM modules and functionality
• Create and maintain system-related documentation
• Research new technologies and stay updated on new products and services, applying these solutions to improve service delivery

Skills required:

• Experience with designing and implementing integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub and custom integrations via REST API, import sets, etc., to enrich CMDB
• Development on the ServiceNow platform using APIs, flows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules
• Experience with Workspaces / UI Builder is a plus
• Scripting skills in JavaScript, RegEx, SQL, etc.
• Configure ServiceNow applications aligned with approved design plans
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven track record of enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
