The Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst will join Automation Platforms, responsible for the strategy and development of the core, cross-technology ServiceNow Enterprise Platform used for IT Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, and Hardware & Software Asset Management.

You will have opportunities to elicit requirements, design, and implement solutions used by tens of thousands of users worldwide. You will work with a global team of ServiceNow Engineers and Business Analysts across the UK, US, and India.

Your key responsibilities:

• Be a Subject Matter Expert for ITSM processes, CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM, supporting development teams
• Liaise with Product Team, stakeholders, and customers, acting as the business/functional counterpart for solutions
• Analyze incoming demand requests and develop technical stories for the backlog
• Support Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily stand-up, Show & Tell, Retrospectives
• Contribute to high-performance team culture aligning with business strategy and values
• Lead defect analysis and collaborate with developers and architects to resolve issues

Your skills and experience:

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in a dynamic IT environment
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM; certifications are advantageous
• Proven ability to translate high-level requirements into technical stories across stakeholder levels
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, effective in virtual, multi-location teams
