Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Ascenian business, a Clinigen Company. Ascenian is a global research and consulting partnership that helps life sciences companies develop, communicate, and demonstrate the value of new treatments to HTA agencies and payers.

This role involves working within the Global Market Access Consulting practice, providing strategic recommendations on product pipeline management. The practice has a broad network of approximately 700 payers and advisers across 45 markets, having completed over 45 projects in five years.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and identify key milestones
• Conduct interviews and secondary research
• Organise and recruit payer decision-makers
• Liaise with decision-makers for interviews
• Support literature reviews and analysis
• Update team and clients on project progress
• Take minutes during meetings
• Contribute to proposals and presentations
• Train new staff and develop case studies
• Identify and recruit new payers
• Assist in analysis and presentation development

Requirements

• Masters or PhD in relevant discipline (science, economics, health policy)
• Experience or interest in market access
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working remotely and with teams
• Well-organized with multitasking ability
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
