Job summary

MVS Audio Visual is seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our field service team, supporting customers primarily across London with occasional UK travel. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires strong fault-finding skills on commercial AV systems, root-cause analysis, and the ability to represent MVS professionally on site.

You’ll own service issues from diagnosis to resolution, perform planned maintenance and firmware updates, and produce clear service reports while

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting UC and AV technologies such as Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS or Biamp.
• Customer-facing with professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Valid UK driving licence.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, MVS is looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our Service team, supporting customers primarily across London.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role for someone who really knows their way around commercial AV, enjoys fault‑finding, gets to the root of problems and can represent MVS brilliantly on site.

You’ll take ownership of service issues, working directly with customers to diagnose and resolve faults and help keep their AV systems operating effectively.

• A confident and professional approach to working with customers
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
• A full UK driving licence
