We are searching for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to coordinate and support commissioning works on our datacenter construction sites in the EMEA region. The job requires very good technical skills combined with excellent communication competence in front of our customer. Your workplace will be the construction site placed in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

• Planning of resources to perform the required commissioning tasks on site to fulfill customer time schedule
• Managing spare part stock on site for commissioning period
• Attend customer meetings for daily planning and troubleshooting
• Create documents such as “technical statements,” “root cause analysis,” “risk assessments,” etc. to support customer communication and requirements
• Reporting to project manager on a weekly basis or upon request due to actual reasons
• Providing daily report to customer about site progress

Minimum Requirements:

• An associate's degree in engineering or similar
• Experience with UPS systems
• Experience with construction sites
• Valid driving license
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills
• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed
• The ability to remain professional under pressure
• Willingness to travel and stay in foreign countries for extended periods
• Deadline driven to meet customer time schedules
