We are hiring an OE Process Engineer at Amazon Data Services India Private Limited (ADSIPL). This role involves working with multiple stakeholder teams in India to identify opportunities to reduce defects or costs, develop solutions, and implement improvements. Close collaboration with Engineering, Logistics, and Operations teams is essential to ensure project delivery, uphold operational standards, benchmark performance, replicate best practices globally, and continuously raise performance standards.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Manage process innovation and automation projects, chair review meetings.
2. Collaborate with multiple organizations to improve workflows.
3. Innovate to enhance customer experience and organizational efficiency.
4. Scope, define requirements, design, and develop applications to deliver excellent customer experience.
5. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes.

Process Innovation & Project Management

1. Lead process innovation and automation initiatives.
2. Track milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely implementation.

Process Optimization & Analysis

1. Identify defect reduction and cost optimization opportunities.
2. Analyze workflows for improvements, applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Technical Solution Development

1. Design and develop automation solutions and applications.
2. Write and maintain code in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript.
3. Implement web services and distributed systems.
4. Optimize database queries and performance.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

1. Partner with Engineering, Logistics, and Operations teams.
