Job summary

You will work with policy, product, delivery and operational teams to align goals, clarify problems and drive outcomes that improve lives for millions of UK users.

You will collaborate with design teams to explore problems, test ideas, and enable others to design better services through practical problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in service design across complex public sector services.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and run workshops.
• Proven ability to articulate end-to-end services using storytelling and visuals.
• Experience collaborating with policy, product, delivery, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of service performance and opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Articulate needs, goals and policies to shape end-to-end services.
• Establish and maintain service design workflows, tools and patterns.
• Lead stakeholder conversations and facilitate decisions across teams and departments.
• Lead small multi-disciplinary teams to apply design methods and patterns.
• Support the service design community and contribute to recruitment and mentoring.
