You will oversee end-to-end delivery of maintenance projects, with a focus on HEMS, Private & Business and National Resilience programmes, leading a multi-functional team to achieve on-time, on-budget results and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, service delivery or complex project management.
• Strong background in aerospace, aviation, MRO or support contracts.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• A data-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement would be advantageous.
