Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of its client, seeks a Service Delivery Manager to ensure end-to-end delivery of civil helicopter maintenance contracts, with a primary focus on HEMS, Private and Business, and National Resilience. You will own performance across schedule, cost and quality from the operational centre and lead from the hub with hands-on budget control.

Role requires strong operations, aviation contract delivery experience and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Contract delivery expertise and budget control required.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Aviation regulations and safety standards knowledge advantageous.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge desirable.
• Experience delivering HEMS/Private programmes desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery performance across schedule, cost and quality for maintenance contracts.
• Lead daily progress monitoring using live data to keep hours aligned to baselines.
• Manage and re-baseline project budgets down to maintenance-module level.
• Run daily progress meetings and coordinate delivery team to remove bottlenecks.
• Produce cost reporting, dashboards and SQCDP metrics with Cost Controller.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure costs are booked against contract performance.
• Manage emergent work/defects for accurate customer invoicing.
• Deliver regular operational reviews and reporting on WIP and KPIs.
• Support customer reporting through liaison with Customer Support Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies to maximise value.
