Job summary

Airbus Helicopters UK Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (HEMS) to lead civil helicopter maintenance projects, focusing on schedule, cost and quality. You will manage a matrix delivery team across MRO, CAMO, CSMs, and Finance, ensuring end-to-end customer satisfaction and contractual compliance.

The role requires extensive operations management experience, strong leadership and a data‑driven approach, with knowledge of aviation regulations and budget oversight.

• Strong understanding of support contracts and MRO operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Civil Helicopter Maintenance Projects.
• Monitor schedule, cost and quality using live data metrics.
• Coordinate with Cost Controller on cost reporting and dashboards.
• Manage cross-functional delivery team across MRO, CAMO, CSMs, Finance and PMO.
• Conduct daily/weekly reviews and ensure timely actions per SQCDP.
• Produce customer reports and ensure contractual compliance.
