Job summary

Action for Children in London is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Islington & Camden short breaks service. You will supervise a team, oversee referrals and safeguarding, and lead regular meetings to ensure high-quality, person-centred support for disabled children during school holidays and Saturdays.

You will work closely with the Children's Services Manager, collect data for reporting to stakeholders, and help demonstrate outcomes and impact while ensuring timely, effective services for

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 or above qualification relating to children, young people and families.
• Experience of managing a team within children’s services.
• Experience in a multi-agency social care setting with safeguarding
• Experience managing cases, completing assessments, planning and reviews
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships
• Producing concise reports to agreed standards and timelines
• Using management systems and databases to record data
• Collaborate with Children’s Services Manager

Responsibilities
