Job summary

QinetiQ Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Service Architect to design and deliver service integration, support and management models across customer solutions and managed propositions for key markets. You will work with customer-facing teams to ensure SD&T processes are understood and applied.

Day-to-day duties include shaping service wrappers, leading bids, and translating customer needs into effective service design.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Service Design & Transition within large organisations.
• Ability to mentor others in service design topics.
• Experience translating customer needs into service design and portfolio plans.
• Proven track record improving service delivery for customers.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and engage with customers at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide expert guidance on Service Management and Design & Transition.
• Define service wrappers and support models for new solutions.
• Act as SME in bids, identifying requirements and costs.
• Develop and promote SD&T frameworks, templates and docs.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure SD&T processes are understood and adopted.
• Oversee transition of services into live operation with support teams.
