Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Architect to lead design and governance of complex services in a security-conscious environment. You will work with solution, engineering, security and test teams to embed Service Management requirements throughout the solution life cycle.

You will author Service Design collateral, run impact assessments, map requirements to outcomes, and support through-life management and transition activities, ensuring compliance with ITIL

Qualifications

• Strong Service Architecture and Service Management experience within complex technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ISO 20000 Service Management frameworks.
• Detailed understanding of ITIL processes, ITSM tooling and Enterprise Management tooling.
• Strong knowledge of Service Management concepts, techniques and service life cycle principles.
• Experience producing HLDs and detailed Service Design documentation.
• Strong process and architecture modelling experience using UML and BPMN.
• Knowledge and experience of SIAM operating models.
• Experience with requirements mapping, compliance and Service Management impact assessments.
• Experience supporting Service Transition, Exit Management and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Perform Service Transition and Exit Management activities.
• Support the through-life management of services and technologies.
• Identify and elevate service risks and issues to the appropriate domain lead.
• Work with the overall Solution Owner and influence solution design to improve service stability, supportability and efficiency.
• Contribute to wider disciplines including Test and Security.
