Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of multi‑vendor service integrations and cross‑functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs.
• In‑depth understanding of how specific infrastructures and application software are deployed in line with methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, and COBIT.
• Ability to develop and utilize advanced specialist knowledge of reference architectures.
• Extensive experience in technical, IT, or operations roles within large‑scale technology services environments.
• Strong client engagement and consulting experience, including needs assessment and change management.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams such as sales, product, and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A continuous learning mindset to stay updated on trends and developments in technology domains.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create advanced, transformational designs and architectural visions.
• Drive development of multi-technology consulting services spanning application software, infrastructure, and related components.
• Contribute to complex solution architectures while evaluating cost, performance, and scalability.
• Develop detailed specs for cloud-based or on‑premises components to meet client needs.
• Prepare technical plans and designs aligned with enterprise and solution architecture standards, remaining agile to project requirements.
• Understand client requirements, collect data, deliver thorough analysis, and provide problem resolution.
• Keep ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, producing insightful reports and roadmaps for teams and clients.
• Create multiple design views addressing functional and non‑functional requirements, including proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.
