Job summary

Renault Romford is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in Harold Wood. You will coordinate workshop activity, deliver high-quality customer service, and support the Aftersales Manager in achieving manufacturer standards.

Key duties include booking work, providing estimates, liaising with technicians, and guiding junior staff. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturday mornings. OTE is £44,100 on £36,750 base.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Service Advisor in a franchised automotive dealership.
• Strong customer-service and workshop-support skills.
• Ability to balance commercial performance with service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through servicing and repair process.
• Book vehicles into workshop and record requirements.
• Provide estimates and obtain authorisation for repairs.
• Liaise with Technicians and Parts to support workshop operations.
• Keep customers informed of progress and arrange courtesy vehicles.
• Prepare invoices and explain completed work to customers.
