Ghalib Ashrafi is hiring a Senior SEO Strategist to own end-to-end UK accounts—from audit to strategy to execution and quarterly results. You will manage four to six client portfolios with direct calls, reporting, and candid conversations, without intermediary oversight.

The role requires deep technical SEO expertise, knowledge of GDPR, and a UK-focused approach to buying behavior. Remote UK hours apply, with a strong bias toward responsible, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Run full technical audits and turn them into an actionable roadmap.
• Own client relationships directly — calls, reporting and tough conversations.

• Treat listings as prominence signals, not badges for the footer.
• Design consent and measurement with GDPR considerations.
• Tell clients when something is not worth doing, including when it costs scope.

We are small enough that there is no account manager in between and no senior person reviewing your work before it ships. That is the appeal, and also the part people find uncomfortable in the first month.
