BrisTechTonic is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive SEO and website design for a portfolio of clients on a 3-day-per-week, 6-month contract in Bristol. The role combines hands-on SEO with design and UX input to improve client outcomes.

You will optimise on-page content, perform CMS updates, and contribute to UX enhancements across multiple client projects, balancing strategy with practical execution.

You'll spend most of your time delivering SEO and website work across your own portfolio of clients. Your design and UX experience is your additional superpower, bringing another layer of creative judgement to the team when it's needed.## You'll be working on things like* On-page SEO, website optimisation, research and CMS updates* Getting businesses found in AI results* Turning SEO strategy into clear, prioritised delivery* Keeping client work moving and spotting opportunities or issues along the way* Tackling more complex SEO and website work where experience and judgement matter* Improving layouts, UX, usability and conversion* Creating wireframes and design briefs, and reviewing visual work* Working across platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Wix and Squarespace* Sharing your experience with the team and helping improve the way we workThis is a Senior role, but that doesn't mean stepping away from the day-to-day work. You'll still be hands-on. We're looking for someone who can take a brief or strategy, work out what needs to happen next and get it moving without needing lots of reassurance along the way.You'll probably enjoy working with us if you're practical, curious, comfortable making decisions and good at following things through. You'll need to be happy juggling different clients and priorities, and equally happy speaking up early if something isn't clear or achievable.## Why three days?Because sometimes three days is exactly what you're looking for.You might be returning to work after some time out. You might have your own business or project that you'd like a couple of days each week to grow. Or you might simply prefer working part-time.We don't particularly mind why three days works for you. We're more interested in what you can bring during the three days you're here.## A bit about usBrisTechTonic is a growing Bristol-based SEO and performance marketing agency. We're a small, experienced team, so everyone contributes and there isn't a load of hierarchy to work through to get things done.We give people space to do their jobs, but we also expect them to take ownership.
