Strategy Plus in Birmingham is seeking a data-driven SEM professional to plan, implement and manage 30+ projects, spanning organic SEO and paid search. You will collaborate with developers, designers and content creators to drive growth and positive ROI.

The role requires five years of hands-on SEO and PPC experience, deep knowledge of Google tools, and the ability to translate complex SEO problems into business decisions. Hybrid working and a £40k–£45k salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-year hands-on SEO and PPC experience.
• Knowledge of Google Ad platform updates and search algorithms.
• Strong technical SEO skills across on-page and off-page optimization.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console and Merchant Center.
• Experience with SEO and PPC on B2B and eCommerce sites.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop and implement SEM strategy driving growth and ROI.
• Develop and optimise Google search and shopping campaigns.
• Manage On-Page and Off-Page SEO to meet group KPI's.
• Leverage analytics to continuously optimise campaigns.
• Ensure GA4, Search Console and Merchant Center are used correctly.
• Audit and manage link-building campaigns.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and content creators.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
