Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Senior Solutions & Services Specialist – Security SW to drive growth of cybersecurity services across enterprise customers. The role combines sales leadership with technical design and collaboration with partners such as Microsoft, Absolute, SentinelOne, and MSPs.

You will report to the Head of Global Software & Services Sales and influence Lenovo’s Security Services across endpoints, network and cloud environments. Strong GTM and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive cybersecurity experience with enterprise customers and partners.
• Understanding of channel- and distribution-led GTM models in European enterprises.
• Exposure to security domains: endpoint, IAM, SOC/MDR or integrated platforms.
• Experience with MDR/MSSP providers, distributors, or system integrators.
• Solid understanding of enterprise buying processes and procurement models.
• Ability to engage and influence CISOs, CIOs and senior decision-makers.
• Proven track record selling complex security solutions in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in IT/cybersecurity services sales, focusing on solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the sales and technical lead for Lenovo’s Security Services.
• Collaborate with account teams, distributors, and MSPs to develop pipeline and close deals.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to assess security posture and requirements.
• Design and present AI-powered security solutions spanning endpoint, network and cloud.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-value with partners.
• Communicate how AI-driven security and threat intelligence mitigate risks.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to solution architecture.
• Train partners and influence strategy on emerging threats and 24/7 monitoring trends.
