Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior Security Engineer to drive end-to-end security work across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS. You will threat-model the environment, ship tooling, and expand identity governance and zero-trust access as the company grows.

This hands-on role emphasizes automation, policy-driven security, and scalable defenses in a fast-moving AI-driven environment. You’ll collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering to secure AI-enabled systems while maintaining a strong user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant security experience.
• Strong background in endpoint security across multiple OS (macOS, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS).
• Experience building and shipping automation and tooling for security programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end security controls and tooling in a fast-growing environment.
• Threat-model the environment and implement prioritized protections.
• Lead endpoint hardening, device management configurations, and policy enforcement.
• Extend zero-trust access controls and integrate identity governance.
• Build automation and integrations to scale security with the company.
