Job summary

NVC Security is seeking a Contracts Manager to take ownership of a major local authority security contract based in Derby, coordinating with the Head of Operations and senior management. The role covers day-to-day operations, client liaison and ensuring delivery against KPIs and service standards.

You will lead a security workforce, manage performance, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining high professional standards in client-facing interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior security operations, contract management or security management role.
• Experience managing manned guarding, keyholding and alarm response services.
• Strong client engagement and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations, including manned guarding, keyholding and alarm response, mobile response, incident management and out-of-hours support.
• Manage operational performance, including staff deployment, shift fulfilment, training, briefing and team development.
• Maintain contract quality and compliance with contractual requirements, client expectations and legislation.
