Job summary

LevelBlue’s AIR practice is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead end-to-end design and delivery of AIR engagements for enterprise clients spanning SIEM, Identity, and EDR. You will mentor less experienced consultants, contribute to service offerings, and shape delivery quality.

This senior, customer-facing role requires technical credibility and executive presence to guide complex engagements from pre-sales through delivery and handover, with occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security consulting, MSSP, or SOC engineering with senior client-facing delivery.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements at enterprise scale.
• Domain expertise in SIEM design/build/operationalisation, SOC design, EDR deployment, and MSS service integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AIR engagements: SIEM, EDR, and managed security service transitions.
• Produce high-quality deliverables: HLDs, LLDs, SOWs, runbooks.
• Plan and document client workshops, steering committees, and executive briefings.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for security programs.
• Provide governance, risk, and scope management across engagements.
• Build client technology roadmaps aligned to strategy and budgets.
• Travel to client sites as required.
