Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture & Technical Leadership: lead authority, architect security solutions across global client environments and upgrades within critical infrastructure.
• Strategic AI Adoption & Guardrails: guide Fortune 500s on embedding intelligent agents into core workflows and align vendor innovations with goals.
• Proactive Churn Mitigation & Business Impact: monitor health metrics, mitigate churn, and lead high‑impact Executive Business Reviews.
• Strategic Escalation & Product Advisory: escalate for production environments, influence roadmaps, and co‑develop use cases.
