LevelBlue seeks a Principal Consultant for the AIR team to design, deliver, and optimise security operations capabilities across SIEM, Identity, and EDR. You will lead complex engagements from pre-sales through delivery and handover, acting as a trusted advisor to security leadership and sponsors.

The role blends deep technical architecture with strategic advisory, mentoring juniors, and contributing to LevelBlue's offerings while maintaining executive presence in client discussions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on security consulting or SOC engineering experience.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements at enterprise scale.
• Ability to produce senior-level deliverables: HLDs/LLDs/SOWs and exec presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AIR engagements including greenfield SOC builds and SIEM deployments.
• Produce client-ready deliverables and runbooks; facilitate workshops and steering committees.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to service offerings and methodologies.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for security programs; manage risks and governance.
