Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a Principal Security Architecture Consultant to lead high-impact security programmes in the Cyber & Security Solutions Division. You'll define architecture strategy, mentor teams, and drive secure-by-design outcomes across critical environments.

You will engage senior stakeholders, shape roadmaps, and lead workshops, risk discussions, and design reviews with authority, influencing security posture and bid responses.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of security architecture across complex programmes.
• Experience shaping security strategy and delivering secure-by-design outcomes.
• Strong ability to engage C-suite and programme directors on risk and design decisions.
• Experience inUK MOD, defence, or national security environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements and workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Define and assure enterprise, solution, and system-level security architectures.
• Lead threat modelling, risk identification, and mitigation across programmes.
• Oversee security assurance, accreditation, and compliance activities (e.g., MOD, NCSC).
