Job summary

LevelBlue seeks a Principal Consultant for its AIR consulting team to design, build, and optimize security operations for enterprise clients. You will lead end-to-end engagements spanning SIEM, Identity, and EDR, and deliver high-level and low-level designs, SOWs, and runbooks.

You will mentor junior staff, shape LevelBlue service offerings, and present to executives. Travel to client sites is required as needed, with a focus on strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security consulting or managed security services.
• Senior client-facing delivery experience in enterprise settings.
• Deep expertise across SIEM/SOC design and deployment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AIR engagements: greenfield SOC builds, SIEM, EDR deployments and service transitions.
• Produce client-ready designs, SOWs, runbooks and use-case documentation.
• Plan and document workshops, steering committees and executive briefings.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for security programmes.
• Identify risks and define governance for engagement scale and maturity.
• Build roadmaps aligned to client security strategy and budget.
• Manage scope and delivery risks to protect client outcomes.
