Senior Security Architect (Network & Cloud) - Remote (UK), Bury

Hawksworth is recruiting a Senior Security Architect for Network & Cloud for a global law firm. The role involves leading the design and development of the firm’s cloud network security solutions.

The position is ideally based in Belfast but can be remote, with occasional travel to London or Belfast for meetings. Flexibility to work within EMEA hours is required.

Salary is competitive and negotiable based on experience. This is a senior role within the Cloud Security team, which includes five dedicated architects. The role involves collaborating on security solutions with various teams and reporting to the Security Engineering Director.

Required skills & experience:

• Experience managing enterprise network security solutions, especially CASB and CNAPP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft cloud security technologies: Microsoft Defender (Cloud Apps), Microsoft Entra ID, CNAPP.
• Secondary experience with Palo Alto Prisma or Vectra AI is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in cloud network security solutions engineering; candidates with up to 10 years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Background in network security or security engineering.
• Knowledge of Zscaler is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud security solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM solutions, particularly Microsoft Entra ID.
