Fidelity Integrated Systems Ltd, part of the Ranger Group, is seeking a Senior Security and Fire Systems Service Engineer to cover Greater London and Home Counties. The role involves corrective maintenance, fault finding and supporting junior engineers within a supportive team.

You will work with access control, video, intruder alarms and fire systems, with a strong emphasis on client liaison, compliance and on-site documentation. A company vehicle and progression opportunities are available.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of integrated security and life safety systems.
• Solid understanding of electrical principles.
• Experience with on-site fault finding and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out corrective maintenance, fault finding and first-time fixes where possible.
• Complete remedial works and small installation tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance across a range of systems.
• Liaise professionally with clients on site.
• Work with monitored systems in coordination with Alarm Receiving Centre.
• Represent Fidelity and Ranger Group as a professional ambassador on site.
• Complete site documentation accurately and promptly.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across disciplines.
• Participate in ongoing training on technical, regulatory and health & safety requirements.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and apprentices.
• Take part in out-of-hours on-call rota.
