Job summary

Sopra Steria Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer – Messaging Solutions to act as the technical authority for enterprise messaging services, with emphasis on Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and secure communications technologies. You will own design, implementation and evolution of critical messaging platforms supporting national security operations.

Experience with enterprise messaging and secure communications.
Ability to lead architecture and implementation of complex messaging solutions.

Responsibilities

Leading the architecture, design and implementation of secure messaging and collaboration solutions across mission-critical environments.
Acting as the technical authority for Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and associated messaging technologies.
Defining technical strategy, standards and roadmaps to support evolution of messaging capability.
Providing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of complex messaging and infrastructure issues.
Leading technical delivery activities across projects to ensure secure, scalable and governance-aligned solutions.
Driving continuous improvement, resilience, supportability and cost optimisation across messaging platforms.
