- Extensive architecture experience in Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 and enterprise messaging.
- Proven work on hybrid and multi-tenant messaging environments.
- Experience designing migrations for user, shared, and resource mailboxes.

- Own messaging architecture and provide technical leadership across the transformation lifecycle.
- Define coexistence and target-state messaging architectures across tenants and environments.
- Design secure mail-routing, DNS, Autodiscover, and service-discovery arrangements.
