Qualifications

  • Organised individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in diary management and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and book travel for the Audit team.
  • Coordinate monthly client billing and prepare draft audit plans.

Based in our Leeds office and working on a hybrid model (with at least three days a week in the office), this role is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented individual to make a real difference within our Audit team.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and booking travel.
  • Coordinating monthly client billing and liaising with Credit Control.
  • Preparing draft audit plans, findings reports, letters, and agendas.
  • Supporting with bank letters, investment confirmations, and filing accounts at Companies House.
  • Organising internal team meetings, social events, and client seminars.

  • Experience in diary management and CRM software (Dynamics is a plus).
