Job summary

Edenred PayTech seeks a Scrum Master I in Swindon or London with a hybrid working pattern. You will champion Agile Ways of Working, mentor the team, and drive value delivery within an active Scrum environment.

Training will be provided and certification is supported but not mandatory. The role reports to the Senior Scrum Master and offers a generous benefits package including 25 days leave, pension, discretionary bonus, and health coverage, designed to support your growth in a global payments

Qualifications

Level 1 Agile qualification recommended (PSM1, CSM, DASM, PSM, ICP)
Experience in an Agile team delivering value to customers
Ability to initiate changes to working patterns to improve team performance
DevOps experience is beneficial

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master across at least one team, acting as servant leader and coach
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and ensure progress toward sprint goals
Coach and influence the team to adopt effective Ways of Working
Proactively remove impediments and improve collaboration across teams
