Job summary

Edenred PayTech in Swindon or London is seeking a Scrum Master I to help teams improve agile practices and deliver incremental customer value. You will act as servant leader, facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and work with Product Owners and stakeholders to remove impediments.

The role offers hybrid working with regular office presence, 25 days leave, a discretionary bonus, and development under a Senior Scrum Master while applying Scrum and Kanban in a diverse delivery

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Experience in an Agile team delivering customer value.
• Willingness to mentor and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Coach and facilitate the Scrum Team in sprint planning, review, and retrospective.
• Remove impediments and protect the team to ensure value delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager and stakeholders to align objectives.
