An established industry player is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile transformation within their teams. This dynamic role involves facilitating scrum practices, coaching teams on Agile methodologies, and supporting cloud transformation initiatives. The Senior Scrum Master will serve to facilitate scrum to the larger team by ensuring the scrum framework is followed. You will be committed to the scrum methodology, agile principles, and best practice and will remain flexible and open to opportunities for the team to improve their workflow.
This role involves supporting the teams in agile ways of working, as they work on the cloud transformation program. It will lay a strong foundation, and improve efficiencies using Kanban to support the cloud platform team.
