Job Description:

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for adopting and promoting Agile methodologies and related ceremonies within a cross-functional team.
• Provides ongoing oversight during feature/user story grooming and sprint development.
• Manages Sprint release timelines, stand-ups, and other ceremonies, helping remove blockers to ensure agile releases stay on track.

How You’ll Do It

• Facilitates team activities including daily stand-up meetings, grooming, sprint planning, demonstrations, release planning, and retrospectives.
• Identifies dependencies between agile teams and communicates and resolves dependencies between different teams.
• Manages Sprint release deliverables and proactively resolves impediments to keep the Sprint on track, updating activities in Agile planning tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience coaching and mentoring on agile methodologies and understanding of the Scrum framework.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

• Primarily remain in a stationary position.
• No required movement about the work environment for major responsibilities.
• Primarily performed indoors in an office setting.
• Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators.
