What will you be doing?
Senior IT Project Manager
Hybrid – Basingstoke or Dorking, 2-3 days a week minimum
Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

We seek a highly skilled technical Senior IT Project Manager to apply extensive knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to manage cross-functional technical projects involving business applications, end-user solutions, and infrastructure. The candidate must confidently discuss the technologies underpinning the project scope.
The ideal candidate will utilize advanced project management skills and a deep understanding of enterprise technologies to oversee projects. They will consult with business leaders to transform ideas into well-defined projects with clear goals, objectives, and scope, identify resources, negotiate with managers to assemble teams, and clarify roles and responsibilities.
Project activities include setting achievable goals, planning, guiding teams, balancing quality, scope, time, and cost, and adapting to stakeholder concerns. Developing communication and reporting methods to handle issues, risks, and ensure timely delivery is also essential.
To succeed, you need extensive experience in delivering technical projects, proficiency with project management tools, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong influential and communication skills are also required.
