Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent advanced degree in analytical chemistry, mass spectrometry, proteomics or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in MS-based proteomics/metabolomics including LC-MS sample prep and data QC.
• Strong knowledge of low-input/single-cell workflows and high-sensitivity MS approaches.
• Experience with LC-MS acquisition, database searching, and quantitative data interpretation.
