Qualifications

• PhD with industry experience in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with mass spectrometry techniques (LC-MS, QTOF, Orbitrap).
• Strong experience with analytical methods for protein characterisation.
• Proven record of leading method development.
• Experience in characterisation of complex biologics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of mass spectrometry-based methods for protein characterisation.
• Oversee the development of HPLC/UPLC-based methods.
• Provide technical oversight of outsourced analytical methods.
• Interpret, document, and present data to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate within CMC and mentor junior colleagues.
