EQUANS in Lewisham is seeking a Senior Premises Manager to lead the school's facilities team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on supervising Premises Officers and the Cleaning Supervisor, delivering services across the site and ensuring safety and compliance.

The package includes a fixed salary of £37,167 per year, enhanced DBS required, and benefits such as annual leave, life cover and staff discounts. Applicants should have customer-facing experience and proven team leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
• Experience in Managing a Team
• Good reading and writing skills
• Basic numeracy skills
• Basic computer literacy would be desirable or willingness to train as required
• Basic Plumbing & Maintenance
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• To supervise and coordinate the Premises Officers and Cleaning Supervisor on a day-to-day basis at the school.
• To support the Management team in the delivery of Both of Services to Lewisham schools.
