Job summary

TLTP Education is seeking a Premises Lead for a South East London school. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring safety, security and clean, well-maintained facilities while coordinating the premises team.

The role is temp-to-perm with an immediate start; you should have experience as a Premises Lead, Site Manager or Facilities role, ideally within schools, and be confident managing contractors and day-to-day site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Premises Lead, Site Manager or Facilities role.
• Experience in school or similar environments preferred.
• Experience overseeing a premises and cleaning team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to keep the premises safe, secure and well maintained.
• Coordinate contractors, maintenance and repairs to minimise disruption.
• Support and coordinate the wider premises team to deliver on site goals.
• Ensure health and safety and site compliance requirements are met.
• Safeguard the environment and maintain a clean, functional school site.
