Equans is seeking a Senior Premises Officer to join our team at Forest Hill Boys School, Dacres Road, SE23 2XN. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week with a salary of £37,167 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will supervise Premises Officers and the Cleaning Supervisor on a day-to-day basis and support the Management team in delivering services to Lewisham schools. A valid UK driving licence and a DBS check are required as part of recruitment; Equans offers

• Experience in customer facing role desirable.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Good reading and writing skills.
• Basic numeracy and computer literacy desirable or willingness to train.
• Basic plumbing & maintenance skills.
