Job summary

Royal Docks Academy in London is seeking a Premises Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the school’s premises and facilities, ensuring a safe, secure and well-maintained environment for students and staff.

You will lead the premises team, coordinate maintenance, health and safety, compliance, security, cleaning and contractor management, and work with the Trust’s Estates & Facilities team to keep the site running to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Experience or understanding of trades such as plumbing, electrical, painting & decorating would be desirable but essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the school’s premises and facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance, health and safety, compliance, security, cleaning and contractor management.
• Lead the premises team and work with school leaders and the Trust’s Estates & Facilities team to ensure the site operates smoothly and to a high standard.
