Job summary

Eden Boys' School, Preston, part of Star Academies, invites an exceptional Vice Principal to drive sustained excellence in a disadvantaged community. You will work closely with the Principal to shape teaching, safeguarding and student achievement, drawing on Star's leadership ethos and proven Ofsted-outcome track record.

You will bring senior leadership experience, a degree and QTS, and a passion for developing staff and pupils.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience in senior leadership within a school setting.
• Track record of delivering outstanding attainment and achievement.
• Strong commitment to the STAR values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal to deliver educational excellence and strategic leadership.
• Lead school improvement and safeguarding initiatives across the trust.
• Collaborate with Star Academies to uphold high standards in teaching and learning.
• Inspire, develop and coach staff to achieve ambitious pupil outcomes.
