London Borough of Lambeth is seeking an SEND/Inclusion School Improvement Advisor on a fixed-term contract. The role sits at the heart of Lambeth's improvement strategy, working with headteachers, governors and system partners to secure better outcomes for vulnerable learners.

You will provide strategic leadership, challenge and support to schools, lead and quality assure improvement work, and drive inclusive practice and SEND provision across the borough.

Responsibilities

• Lead and quality assure school improvement activity across Lambeth, with focus on vulnerable schools, inclusion and SEND, educational standards, attendance and outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership, challenge and support to schools to improve educational outcomes, strengthen leadership and governance, and secure high-quality provision for all children and young people.
