Job summary

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking an Access Lead Supervisor for a permanent role in Devonport. You will lead the scaffolding supervision team, plan and coordinate activities, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient delivery aligned with procedures and client requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge (NASC TG20, SG4, Work at Height), and a track record of delivering complex projects within industrial or marine environments.
